If you become a client, the actual infrastructure engagement is governed by a separate, signed service agreement. These website terms don't cover that relationship, they cover the website you're browsing.

Parioni Infra deploys and manages private, self-hosted infrastructure for organisations that need clear answers about where their data lives. This is a consultancy-led, scoped engagement, not a self-serve product you can purchase and activate instantly. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services until a scope has been agreed and a service agreement signed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or any system connected to it

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial content from this site without permission

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Parioni Group Pte Ltd. Where we reference open-source software we use as part of our managed stack (Nextcloud, n8n, and others), those tools remain governed by their own respective open-source licenses, we make no ownership claim over them.

Ownership and handling of a client's own data and configuration, once an engagement begins, is addressed in the service agreement for that engagement, not in these general website terms.
